Privacy Policy — Soonly

Last updated: November 7, 2026

Soonly counts down to the events you add, and everything it does happens on your iPhone. There is no account, no server and no internet connection involved.

What Soonly keeps

The events you enter (name, date, optional time, color, icon, kind, note) and your settings live in a small database inside the app's private storage on your phone. Nobody else can read it, and it is never uploaded anywhere.

What we collect

Nothing. Soonly has no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party code that talks to the network.

Reminders

If you switch reminders on, iOS asks whether Soonly may send notifications. The reminders are scheduled on the phone itself, a few days before each event and on the day. Switching reminders off, or changing the permission in iOS Settings, stops them at once.

Exports

When you export your events, Soonly writes a CSV file on your iPhone and hands it to the iOS share sheet. You decide where it goes; Soonly never sees the destination.

Deleting your data

"Reset all data" in Settings removes every event and preference. Deleting the app removes the database as well.

Children

Soonly collects no personal information from anyone, children included.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will appear here with a new date.
